К тому же материал размольного стакана должен быть тверже, чем измельчаемый материал. Обычно используются размольные стаканы и шары из одного и того же материала. Для сокращения времени измельчения размольные стаканы и шары с более высокой плотностью и таким образом с большей ударной энергией. Пожалуйста, учитывайте полезный объем, он не идентичен с объемом стакана!

Размольные шары с диаметром 3 мм и меньше нужно взвешивать. Приведенная выше таблица содержит указания по необходимой навеске на размольный стакан.
Количество размольных шаров может быть уменьшено на вплоть до 15 %, однако тогда нужно считаться с повышенным износом. Указанное наполнение шарами на стакан является минимальным количеством; в зависимости от поведения материала, его, возможно, следует увеличить.
Обычно используются размольные стаканы и шары из одного и того же материала. Для сокращения времени измельчения размольные стаканы и шары высокой плотности и таким образом с большей ударной энергией.

Выберите 2 размольных стакана в соответствии с вашим объемом проб, предлагаемых в размерах 20 мл, 45 мл и 80 мл. Все размольные стаканы FRITSCH premium line имеют оболочку из нержавеющей стали, имеют маркировку и одинаковый внутренний диаметр – независимо от их емкости. Подробности по полезному объему указаны в руководстве по выбору. Для достижения наилучших результатов измельчения все размольные стаканы предлагаются в исполнении из 7 различных материалов. Это позволяет целенаправленно избегать загрязнения проб нежелательной стружкой.

The emptying device can be used for grinding bowls with normal lid as well as for gassing lids.

Размольные шары с диаметром 3 мм и меньше нужно взвешивать. Приведенная выше таблица содержит указания по необходимой навеске на размольный стакан.
Количество размольных шаров может быть уменьшено на вплоть до 15 %, однако тогда нужно считаться с повышенным износом. Указанное наполнение шарами на стакан является минимальным количеством; в зависимости от поведения материала, его, возможно, следует увеличить.
Обычно используются размольные стаканы и шары из одного и того же материала. Для сокращения времени измельчения размольные стаканы и шары высокой плотности и таким образом с большей ударной энергией.
Для достижения наилучших результатов измельчения размольные шары предлагаются в диаметрах 0,1 - 20 мм из 7 различных материалов. Это позволяет целенаправленно избегать загрязнения проб нежелательной стружкой. Рекомендуемое количество шаров на размольный стакан указано в руководстве по выбору.

The software MillControl enables the automatic control of the Planetary Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 7 and Planetary Mill PULVERISETTE 5 premium line and validation of the grinding process. The actual rotational speed and power consumption are checked and documented. The software is a distinct safety feature, since overpressure and a rise in temperature are avoided and defects on the mill and a sticking of the sample material prevented.
